According to the testimony of a non-Jewish resident of Stanisławów, Adam Zabza, during one of the murder operations in the Stanisławów Ghetto, probably on March 31, 1942, some ghetto inmates were shot behind the field of the “Sokoł” (Falcon) athletic society on Kazimierzowska Street, in the center of the ghetto.

Warsaw August 22, 1973 From the testimony of Adam Zabza (born 1924): …I also know that an annihilation operation against the Jewish population was carried out in Stanisławów in 1941 or 1942. The shootings took place behind the “Sokoła” [sic for Sokoł, an athletic society] sports field on Kazimierzowska Street. I worked at the time at the “Nansa” radio workshop, which was frequented by Germans. They told the manager in confidence that they had participated in the murder operation….
