An unknown number of Jewish adults and children from Novo Ukrainka were shot, together with some Gypsies and three prisoners of war, in a grove near the railway bridge in the area of the Druzhba [Friendship] kolkhoz, beyond the road leading to Kiev and Odessa. The total number of victims was 60 – 82, according to different sources.

Sixty people (according to the testimony of O. Ishchenko) or 82 people (according to the testimony of Mamaliga), [consisting of] Gypsies, Jews with children, and three prisoners of war were shot in a grove near a railway bridge in the area of the Druzhba [Friendship] kolkhoz. The road to Kiev and Odessa passes under the bridge.
