Including testimony of the Jewish poet, Abraham Sutzkever, a survivor of the Nazi persecution in Vilna, extracts...
This documentary report presents excerpts from the review process of SS colonel Huppenkothen and the SS-Richter Thor Dr. Beck, who was out before the jury in Augsburg in October 1955. The defendants were set to murder of six people, including Admiral Canaris and pastor Dietrich Bonhoeffer, a burden. They had the Flossenbürg on 9 April 1945 at a sham court-martial taken against these individuals and thus made complicit.
A documentary film. In 1963 General State Prosecutor Fritz Bauer (1903-1968) indicated that one should also prosecute small cogs in the machines of industrialized mass murder. The film reveals the history of why it took so long for justice to find its way into German courts and illustrates its significance for a future without mass murders and injustices.
