Murder story of Laukuva Jews in the Rainiai Forest

The female inmates of the Geruliai camp (including those from Laukuva), who had survived the massacre of August 1941, and been imprisoned in the Telšiai Ghetto, were murdered on December 24, 1941 in the Rainiai Forest, 3 kilometers southeast of the center of Telšiai, at the western edge of the village of Rainiai.
