Apparently there were no Jews living in the village before the war. After war broke out in June 1941, many Jewish refugees and evacuees came to Troitskoye. Some of them remained in the village and began working on the local kolkhoz, together with local residents. The village was occupied by German troops in August 1942. In October 1942 29 Jews who had remained in Troitskoye and five more people from another village were shot in the Bulgun Ravine in the vicinity of Troitskoye. The village was liberated by the Red Army in December 1942.
