Serp i Molot ("Hammer and sickle" in Russian) was a collective farm belonging to the Sholom Aleichem Jewish rural council in Kalinindorf County. 113 Jewish members of Serp i Molot kolkhoz who were living there at the time the area was occupied by German forces were murdered on September 16, 1941 at the nearby Stalin collective farm.
