Zipora Fani (Wolf) Weitzner (the mother of the submitter of the material, Michael Weitzner) was born in Aurich, Germany on 24/09/1921. Her parents were Benjamin and Regina Wolf. Fani was sent by her parents on the Kindertransport to England, where she met Roza (Weitzner) Schwartz (the sister of Michael Weitzner, Fani's husband) in a convalescence home. Fani made aliya to Israel later on and worked in the youth village in Kfar Hasidim. Fani and Reuven Weitzner married on 10/12/1952.
