The model was built by the artist Hanan Weissman from Givataim based on Arie Suchman's short films in 1994.
The model is an exhibit at the Testimony Museum in Nir Galim, where many other exhibits with the theme of the Holocast of European Jewry are displayed.

The train was built by wealthy Jews who lived in Kolomyja in 1905 and was used for bringing merchandise, trees and oil from Sloboda Rumgurska where they traded.

During the German occupation this street was known as the "Bloody Street". The Germans used this street to take thousands of victims to the death trains using brutality and humiliation, and killing women and children.
