They [the Jews] were taken onto German military vehicles to the outskirts of the village to a pit that had been prepared ahead of time. These people were shot to death with machine-guns. According to Soviet sources, 70 bodies were discovered after the liberation of Suvorovskaya....

... During the first days of October 1942, at the order of the German regional commander Berendt, the Jews had to appear at the village police station. They had to bring with them 35 kg. of their best possessions. According to the order, the Jews were going to relocated in order to work. After they gathered, the Germans took away their belongings and they [the Jews] were taken by German military vehicles to the outskirts of the village of Suvorovskaya, where they were shot to death. A total of 70 people were murdered....
