In August 1942 three German soldiers arrived at the Sukhoy Farm, 15 kilometers south of Izobilnoye. They arrested three Jews in their apartments. They stole their belongings, took those people to the end of the farm, and shot them to death in an anti-tank trench.

...In August 1942 three German military motorcyclists arrived at the Sukhovy Farm. They entered the apartment where Zinaida Welferman, Eikher [sic] Shoylovna Aleksandrovskaya, and Aleksandr Alexandrovskiy were living. Everything of value in the apartment was stolen; then they [the victims] were taken to the outskirts of the village and were shot to death in an anti-tank trench....
