According to various documents the second operaion against the Jewish men of Hancewicze was carried out soon after the first one. Some testimonies say the victims were shot at the former market place, while the other ones define the murder site as the area one kilometer away from the town. The number of the shot men varies from 600 to 1,000.

Vladimir Khalevich, who was born in 1909 in Hancewicze and lived there during the war years, testified:
...Soon after that [the first shooting of Jewish men], the Germans collected the rest of the [Jewish] men, who numbered about 600, and their fate was the same. They were taken to the former market place of Gantsevichi and shot with bullets in the back of the head. I managed to escape from the Germans to the forest and then remained with the partisans.
Yakov Yermakov, who was born in 1902 and lived in Hancewicze during the war years, testified:
...After that [the first shooting of the Jewish men] the Jewish men were again mobilized and shot at the distance of one kilometer behind the village of Hanzewicze, more than a thousand people.
