In the summer of 1941 about 150 Jews from Zhashkov and the [rest of the] County were taken to the brick factory on Zhashkov’s northern outskirts and shot to death at the Dubina Cliff overlooking the clay pit. The date of this massacre is not known. The murder was apparently carried out by members of Einsatzgruppe C.
