Jews from Novaya Priluka who had survived the November 1941 massacre by hiding but were ultimately discovered were taken, mostly by local Ukrainian auxiliary policemen, to the forest near the village of Lisova Lysiivka (Lesovaya Lyseevka), about 12 kilometers west of Novaya Priluka (in the territory of Kalinovka County, adjacent to Turbov County), and shot dead there.

Written Testimonies
From the Testimony of Yelizaveta Viner (Linskaya), who was born in 1930 in Novaya Priluka:
… After the last pogrom the Germans proceeded to catch any survivors. Before the war my father had a friend nicknamed Black Bone. He certainly didn't want anyone around to testify against him so he decided to get rid of me. People apparently received money for this. They did not kill [people], but took them to Lisova Lysiivka … where they were interrogating [people], asking "Who are you? What are you?" and then taking 5 people at a time and shooting them….
