In the late fall of 1941 about 10 Biyuk Onlar Jewish residents (women and children), along with Jews from Alabash village, were taken away by truck and shot to death, apparently by the 683th Motorized Feldgendarmerie unit at a pit near anti-tank trenches on the outskirts of the village, at a site that is known today as Victory Park.
