Written Testimonies
From the testimony of Inna Voinova, who lived in Lapichi since 1937:
.... However, the women and children survived until April 1942. In April (I don’t recall the exact date) a killing unit from Osipovichi arrived and policemen and the Germans surrounded the village, collected all the women, children, and elderly and shot them on the same day.

Information provided by the eye-witness L.:
... The second shooting took place on March 12, 1942. Approximately 800 [mostly Jewish] women and children were killed. Among them there were several Russians, apparently families of officers from the military garrison located 4 kilometers from Lapichi along the railway line. The shooting took place in the area of the garrison: its perpetrators were Germans and policemen.
