Dmitrovka

Dmitrovka was occupied by German troops in October 1941. Shortly afterward, the Germans rounded up several dozen Jews from the surrounding area and assembled them in the courtyard of the collective farm in Dmitrovka. The arrested Jews were subjected to beatings and rape, and were forced to perform grueling construction work. A few days later, they were shot on the spot. The Red Army liberated Dmitrovka in August 1943.
