In the interwar period under Polish rule several Jewish families lived in Młynowsko (Młynowo) village. In September 1939, with the arrival of the Red Army following the Ribbentrop-Molotov Pact, Młynowsko became part of Soviet Ukraine.
The Germans occupied the village in late June 1941. Apparently in the summer of 1942, the Jews from Młynowsko were shot to death on the outskirts of the village, along with the remaining Jews of the nearby village of Kortelisy.
Młynowsko was liberated by the Red Army in July 1944.
