Martynovka was a Jewish settlement that was established in 1847. In the mid-1920s 25 Jewish families worked in agriculture there. In 1927 Martynovka became a kolkhoz.
Martynovka was occupied by the Germans in July 1941. At that time only 17 Belarusian and 5 Jewish households remained there. In the summer of 1942 all the Jewish residents were taken to the Zhurbin train station and, apparently, murdered there. Martynovka no longer exists.
