During the 1920s and 1930s most of Izluchistoye's Jewish families continued to work in agriculture or in the food-processing industry. In the early 1920s several Jewish agricultural cooperatives were established in and around Izluchnoye: "Pakhar" (Ploughman), "Progress", "Trudovik" (Toiler) and "Yontev" (Holiday) or "Yanov." There was a Yiddish school in Izluchistoye. In 1926 the Jewish population was 752 or 95.4 percent of the total.
Izluchistoye was occupied by German troops in mid-August 1941. Some of the Jews succeeded in fleeing in time. At the end of May 1942 those Jews who had remained in the village, together with Jews from several other Jewish agricultural colonies in Stalindorf County, were murdered near Zlatoustovka village.
Izluchistoye was liberated by the Red Army on February 2, 1944.
