Cepelăuți - Commemoration of Jewish Victims
Commemoration
Shortly after the shooting of the Jews of Cepeleuți and the surrounding villages on July 6-7, 1941, some locals were ordered to gather the bodies of the victims and bury them in four mass graves. Apparently, no monument has been erected to commemorate these Jewish victims.
