Apparently in the late 1940s or early 1950s, a modest memorial to the Jewish victims of Bereza Kartuska and nearby places was erected in the town. The Hebrew inscription on the memorial said: "Remember the holy souls ....[not clear] of Kartuz Bereza and its surroundings who were martyred by the Nazis on the last day of Sivan- first day of Tamuz 5702. July 1942."

On November 23, 2008 a memorial was dedicated to the Jewish victims murdered in the vicinity of Smolarka village. The memorial was erected with the financial support of the Lazarus foundation, while the area around the memorial was taken care of by the local Arslanov family. The memorial has a depiction of a menorah and almost identical inscriptions in Belarusian, English, and Hebrew. The English is as follows: "To the everlasting memory of the Victims of the Holocaust. About 3,000 Jews of the Berioza [sic] Ghetto were brutally murdered here in October 1942." The English text also contains the words: "This monument was erected through the efforts of the Belarusian Jewish Community and thanks to the Simon Mark Lazarus Foundation, U.K., the Miles and Marilyn Kletter Family Foundation, USA, and the Warren and Beverly Geisler Family Foundation, USA." The Belarusian has the addition: "Here are buried civilians of different nationalities." The victims from Bereza Kartuska who were murdered in the area of the Bronna Góra station are memorialized in the area of the murder site, together with the murdered Jews from Antopol, ,Brześć nad Bugiem, and other places.
