The album contains photographs of the Radom and Szydlowiec ghettos, Jewish policemen, Jewish graves, a synagogue, a courthouse, five photographs from the trial of a woman who left the ghetto without permission, scenes of deportation in September-October 1942, and Volksdeutsche looting Jewish homes after the deportation.

This is part of an album of Heinrich Mepken, a German police officer who documented in a series of photos teh deprotation of the Jews of Szydłowiec, Radom and surroundings (Kielce region). Between September 1942 to January 1943 the Jews of the region were deported to the Treblinka death camp in a few actions.
