Volume One of the album, originally entitled "The Einsatzstab Reichsleiter Rosenberg (ERR) of which the Offenbach Archival Depot has become the antithesis." The album was compiled and arranged by Captain Isaac Bencowitz, Director of the Offenbach Archival Depot (OAD), between April and December 1946. The album documents the confiscation of cultural property by the Einsatzstab Reichsleiter Rosenberg (ERR).
