Belgium, Dr. Paul Kuttner, POW identification card from WWI.

Dr. Paul Kuttner, father of Paul Kuttner Jr. (submitter of the photograph), born 13/1/1878 in Glogau, Lower Silesia. He was a doctor at the UFA film studios in Neubabelsberg near Berlin until he was fired by Joseph Goebbels in 1933. Subsequently he worked as a physicist at Kurfuerstendamm 72 in Berlin. He was arrested by the Gestapo on 16/12/1942 and sent to Theresienstadt, there he died during the war. He received the Iron Cross, grade 1-2, in 1914.
