The Schultz Factory operated in Warsaw and employed Jewish forced laborers. The photographs were taken to be included in an album produced by Neumann (one of the factory's administrative managers). The album was compiled both for propaganda purposes and in order to convince the Wehrmacht administration that the factory was useful.
