The accused, Odilo Burkart, was a member of the Flick Company from 1936 until 1940. He was an important man in the main office in Berlin, with Kaletsch and Weiss. Burkart was added to the indictment at the last minute. After searching for him for many months, he was arrested in Kiedlingen, and brought to Nuremberg on 17/4/1947.
