Sima Fertel was born in Polonnoye, Ukraine (USSR), 1925 to Peysakh and Tatyana. She was teenager. Prior to WWII she lived in Dubno, Poland. During the war she was in Chardzhou, Turkmenistan (USSR).
Sima survived the Shoah.
