Yeno Yitzkhak Shvartz was born in Satumare, Romania, 1917 to Yaakov Elkana and Khaia. Prior to WWII he lived in Satumare, Romania. During the war he was in Camp,Soviet Union, Soviet Union. Yeno Yitzkhak survived the Shoah.
