Avraham Artur Shtal was born in Den Haag, The Netherlands, 1933 to Ignatz Yitzkhak Zeev and Iakhet. He was child. Prior to WWII he lived in Den Haag, The Netherlands. During the war he was in Amersfoort, The Netherlands. Avraham Artur survived the Shoah.
