Chaim Alter Heber was born in Warszawa, Poland, 1922 to Yakov and Sara. He was married to Bella nee Birenbaum. Prior to WWII he lived in Warszawa, Poland. During the war he was in Targowek, Poland. Chaim Alter survived the Shoah.
