Solomon Bluvshteyn was born in Seydemenukha, Ukraine (USSR), 1921 to Lev and Tzilya nee Yakobson. He was an ofitzer medsluzhby and single. Prior to WWII he lived in Seydemenukha, Ukraine (USSR). During the war he was in the Soviet armed forces. Solomon was killed in military service in WWII. Place of death: Ivanovka, Ukraine (USSR), 15/11/1943.
Among the Jewish soldiers killed in WWII, especially in the Red Army, tens of thousands were singled out and murdered as Jews while in captivity as prisoners of war.
