Maria Shleymovich was born in Pochep, Russia (USSR), 1920 to Alter. She was a paramedic and single. Prior to WWII she lived in Krym, USSR. During the war she was in the Soviet armed forces. Maria was killed in military service in WWII. Place of death: Black Sea, 07/11/1941.
Among the Jewish soldiers killed in WWII, especially in the Red Army, tens of thousands were singled out and murdered as Jews while in captivity as prisoners of war.
