Filat Abir was born in Rudnya, Russia (USSR) to Yainkev and Khante Yenta Alte nee Lukina. He was a soldier and single. Prior to WWII he lived in Rudnya, Russia (USSR). During the war he was in the Soviet armed forces. Filat was killed in military service in WWII. Place of death: Ventspils, Latvia, 1941.
