Lazar Gershberg was born in Krasnostav, Ukraine (USSR), 1923 to Grigori and Ita nee Shmuter. He was single. Prior to WWII he lived in Krasnostav, Ukraine (USSR). During the war he was in the Soviet armed forces. Lazar was killed in military service in WWII. Place of death: unknown, 1941.
