Yevgeni Eliashev was born in Makhachkala, Russia (USSR), 1917 to Yankil and Adas Adas. He was a hairdresser and married to Basya nee Ikhayeva. Prior to WWII he lived in Makhachkala, Russia (USSR). During the war he was in the Soviet armed forces. Yevgeni was killed in military service in WWII. Place of death: <> (<>), Germany, Germany, 1945.
