Isaak Khaskelski was born in Kamenka, Ukraine (USSR), 1919 to Gershele and Bluma. He was a hairdresser and single. Prior to WWII he lived in Kamenka, Ukraine (USSR). During the war he was in the Soviet armed forces. Isaak was killed in military service in WWII. Place of death: Voronezh, Russia (USSR), 1943.
