Faivel Ginzburg was born in Nevel, Russia (USSR), 1905 to Iosif and Khana. He was an electrical engineer and married to Roza. Prior to WWII he lived in Moskva, Russia (USSR). During the war he was in the Soviet armed forces. Faivel was killed in military service in WWII. Place of death: Karachev, Russia (USSR), 1943.
Among the Jewish soldiers killed in WWII, especially in the Red Army, tens of thousands were singled out and murdered as Jews while in captivity as prisoners of war.
