Anatoli Murakhovski was born in Tarashcha, Ukraine (USSR), 1912 to Mania and Khaia. He was a pedagogue and married. Prior to WWII he lived in Zhitomir, Ukraine (USSR). During the war he was in the Soviet armed forces. Anatoli was killed in military service in WWII. Place of death: the armed forces, 1941.
Among the Jewish soldiers killed in WWII, especially in the Red Army, tens of thousands were singled out and murdered as Jews while in captivity as prisoners of war.
