Grigori Goldshtein was born in Brovary, Ukraine (USSR), 1922 to Yankel and Basia. He was a soldier and single. Prior to WWII he lived in Brovary, Ukraine (USSR). During the war he was in the Soviet armed forces. Grigori was killed in military service in WWII. Place of death: Brest, Poland, 1941.
Among the Jewish soldiers killed in WWII, especially in the Red Army, tens of thousands were singled out and murdered as Jews while in captivity as prisoners of war.
