Owned a grocery in Rokinto. Under Russian occupation worked as bookkeeper for the Forests' Administration, Rokinto. Drafted into the army. Wounded, brought to Arhangelsk (In a Mil. Hospital), then sento to work, to "Molotova" lumber company in Arhangelsk. There he fell sick again and deceased Sept. 29, 1944
