Froim Yefim Arbetman was born in Raygorod, Ukraine (USSR), 1916 to Shlyoma and Reyza. He was a military man. Prior to WWII he lived in Makeyevka, Ukraine (USSR). During the war he was in Latvia, Latvia. Froim Yefim survived the Shoah.
