Someone Remembers My Name

Made by Polish TV, this program documents the Second Interfaith Retreat - "Bearing Witness" - which was held on November 11-15 1997 in Auschwitz-Birkenau. Zen Peacemaker Order from New-York organized the Retreat together with Polish Buddhist Association Kandzeon Sangha. People representing different religions, Catholics, Protestants, Buddhists, Muslims and Jews, got together in the camp memorial site to meditate, talk and pray. They also discuss if forgiveness and understanding are possible, in spite of everything.
