Based on eye-testimonies and archive materials, this episode presents a dramatized account of the events of November 9th, 1938, a night that changed the life of the Jews in Germany and came to known as a turning point in Hitler's persecution of the Jews. Gangs of Nazi youths roamed through Jewish neighborhoods breaking windows and burning and looting synagogues. Many Jews were attacked and 91 died.
