Days That Shook the world - Kristallnacht

Documentary series, dealing with crucial days and events of the 20th century. Each chapter presents archive material and dramatic reenacments. Based on eye-testimonies and archive materials, this episode presents a dramatized account of the events of November 9th, 1938, a night that changed the life of the Jews in Germany and came to known as a turning point in Hitler's persecution of the Jews. Gangs of Nazi youths roamed through Jewish neighborhoods breaking windows and burning and looting synagogues. Many Jews were attacked and 91 died.

קהילות הקודש - שיקומן של קהילות ישראל שנחרבו בזמן השואה

סרט תיעודי. הסרט עוסק בתולדותיהן של חמש קהילות יהודיות באירופה לפני המלחמה, בחורבנן בתקופת השואה ובשיקומן בישראל לאחר המלחמה. סיפורן של קהילות פוניבז' בליטא, קהילות איטליה, יהדות אשכנז בגרמניה, סלוניקי שביוון, ובעלזא שבפולין פותח צוהר לקיום היהודי באירופה לאורך הדורות, קיום שנדון לכיליון בתקופת השואה. בצד האובדן והאבל על חורבנן של הקהילות היהודיות, הסרט מדגיש את החוסן והנחישות של שארית הפליטה, שהקימו ישיבות, בתי כנסת ומוסדות חינוך בישראל על מנת למנת להנציח ולשמר את העבר.
