A short documentary. The story of the Sinigaglia family told through photographs, historical films, letters, diaries, and the memories of their descendants. In 1938, the racial laws excluded them from society, and after September 8, 1943, finding themselves in danger of their lives, they were forced to attempt to flee to Switzerland. During these difficult years, they were helped by a diverse network of friends, strangers, colleagues, partisans, and especially by their maid – 'Clelia' – who had lived with them since 1934 and did not hesitate to risk her own safety to contribute to their salvation.

סרט תיעודי קצר אודות מילאן כהן ז"ל. מילאן נולד בשנת 1927 בעיר סנג'ה שבקרואטיה. כשהיה בן 3, עבר מילאן ביחד עם הוריו , בוקיצה ודרגו כהן, לעיר בנייה לוקה אשר בבוסניה, שם היתה קהילה יהודית עיפה. כמו כן היה בעיר קן של תנועת "השומר הצעיר". עת הופיעו ניצני המלחמה הראשונים, ב1938, הגיעו גם ניצני אנטישמיות והורגש חוסר שקט. המלחמה נדדה לעיר ספליט ומשם דרך ערי איטליה השונות עד לכפר פונטנלה. שם הסתתרה עד תום המלחמה. מי שהסתיר את המשפחה וסייע לה היה Conte Marchello dell Manjo . ב2016 קיבל ג'רולומו ז"ל, בנו של מרצ'לו , את אות חסיד אומות העולם. מילאן וג'רולמו הלכו לעולמם כשנה וחצי לאחר הטקס של מתן האות.
