Sarah Halimi: An Anti-Semitic and Unpunished Crime

A documentary. Sarah Halimi was murdered by her Malian-born neighbor during the French presidential campaign of 2017. The media initially ignored the case before a few journalists managed to mobilize public figures and the President. The investigating judge only wanted to see it as a murder committed by a "madman" having a "delusional episode." This case is emblematic of the rise of anti-Semitism in France today. The various developments in the case, particularly the fact that there are no longer any charges against the murderer, and the prevention of any reconstruction of the case, make it a new Dreyfus Affair....

Farewell Mr Haffmann

A feature film. Occupied Paris, 1942 all members of the Jewish community are instructed to come forward and identify themselves to authorities.Jewish jeweler Joseph Haffmann arranges for his family to flee the city and offers his employee the chance to take over his store until the conflict subsides.The employee agrees to the deal but presents his own condition, that Mr. Huffman will get his wife pregnant because he (the employee) is infertile. The relationship which develops between the three raises moral dilemmas. Based on the play "Adieu Monsieur Haffmann" by Jean-Philippe Daguerre.

סרט עלילתי באורך מלא על פרשת דרייפוס. הסרט בוים על ידי רומן פולנסקי ע"פ ספר בעל אותו שם ריז, 1895. ז'ורז' פיקאר, קצין צעיר אמביציוזי, צופה במרגל מורשע, אלפרד דרייפוס, מושפל בפומבי מול המון זועם ונידון למאסר עולם באי השדים. פיקאר, שזה עתה מונה לעמוד בראש יחידת המודיעין שהביאה את הראיות כנגד דרייפוס, בטוח באשמתו. אבל זמן קצר אחרי שדרייפוס מתחיל לרַצות את עונשו, מתעוררים ספקות. יש רמזים לכך שעדיין מסתובב מרגל בשורות הצבא. כשפיקאר מתחיל לחקור, הוא נסחף למבוך מסוכן של מרמה ושחיתות, שמעלה בו ספקות לגבי כל מה שהאמין בו, ומאיים לא רק על כבודו אלא גם על חייו.
