A documentary. Towards the end of the scond world war , King Michael of Romania made a move to break away from Nazi Germany by deposing General Ion Antonescu, thereby aligning with the Allies. This decision took both the Allies and Hitler by surprise, the latter ordering the destruction of Romania in response. With the support of his mother, Queen Elena (honored as a ‘Righteous Among the Nations’) King Michael also initiated rescue operations for Romania's Jewish population. .

A documentary about the victims of the 1941 Jassy Pogrom. On June 29, 1941, the Jewish residents of the city of Iasi were rounded up and beaten, shops and homes were looted, and most of the men were shot or crowded onto trains, where they later died of asphyxiation. While Germans took part in the pogrom, the majority of the perpetrators were Romanian policemen, military officers and civilians. The film lists from A to Z , the names of 13000 victims who died , illustrating them with photographs from passports and family albums
