A documentary film. In 1963 General State Prosecutor Fritz Bauer (1903-1968) indicated that one should also prosecute small cogs in the machines of industrialized mass murder. The film reveals the history of why it took so long for justice to find its way into German courts and illustrates its significance for a future without mass murders and injustices.

עצם העניין - כאן 11, 23.5.2022 - אייכמן בקולו

כתבת טלוויזיה. הכתבה שודרה במסגרת התוכנית "עצם העניין" בערוץ "כאן 11" בתאריך 23.5.22. קלמן ליבסקינד ריאיין את פרופ' דינה פורת, ההסטוריונית הראשית של יד ושם, על ההקלטות של אדולף אייכמן, אשר בקולו מודה ברצח היהודים בשואה. זאת, לרגל שידור הסדרה "אייכמן - הקלטות האבודות". פרופ' פורת ענתה על השאלה מה היא חשיבותן של אותן קלטות. שכן, תמלול הקלטות כבר היה בידיו של התובע , הד"ר גדעון האוזנר ז"ל בזמן משפט אייכמן. פרופ' פורת הגדירה את משפט אייכמן כ "משפטי נירנברג שלנו", קרי , של היהודים. בזמן משפטי נירנברג עדיין לא קמה מדינת ישראל ולכן ליהודים לא היה ייצוג. עוד הוסיפה פרופ' פורת ואמרה כי הקלטות מבהירות שאייכמן לא היה פקיד...
