Hangmen Also Die!

A political thriller that accounts the May 1942 assassination of Nazi Reichsprotektor Reinhard Heydrich in Prague and the subsequent search for his assassinators, two Czech underground members. Made in the US during the Nazi occupation of the Czech Republic, Hangmen Also Die was co-scripted by two German exiles, director Fritz Lang and playwright Bertolt Brecht, and is full of political idealism and propagandist messages.
