Resistance fighter Gerrit Gunnink (1923) has been carrying a dark wartime secret for years. The day comes when he is compelled to talk about it. He decides to share his doubts about the decisions that he made with the other members of his resistance group during World War II. The result is a deeply affecting story about a resistance fighter confronted by the consequences of his choices.
